Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in electric/mechanical engineering or equivalent educational backgroud;
2.Sufficient work experiences (at least 2-3 years) in supplier quality assurance field, practice in automotive industry is preferred;
3.Knowledge of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA;
4.Have related experience of internal audit;
5.Good skill in English or Japanese communication (written and oral)is preferred;
6.Open mind,energetic and team oriented personality preferred.


Responsibility:
Quality Systems
Follow quality manual and procedures.
Take part in the internal audit.
Prepare the action plans and take the actions for the findings of internal audit.
All QC related document and records are properly documented,in order to ensure self activities fully compliance with corporate policies.
Quality Engineering
Prepare the raw material certification documents in order to support qulatity engineer for PPAP preparation.
Take part in process audit and provide suggestions for supplier and incoming qulatity related improvement.
Monitor the completion of action in order to improve supplier's quality leverl.
Quality Control
Review supplier PPM and occurrences.
Review and approve 8D report and response time to improve supplier quality.
Prepare and implement supplier quality audits and submitted PPAPs in order to make sure suppier's stable quality.
