Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical (plastic mould is preferred)
2.More than 6 years working experience for mould, Automotive plastic tooling experience is preferred.
3.Familiar with injection parameters set up
4.Proficient in mould design & evaluate & improvement
5.Proficient in Auto CAD and Pro-E is request, Mold-flow is better
6.Resin material knowledge is preferred
7.Good interpersonal skills for both external & internal communications.
8.Good command of English, CET-4 is must or Japanese
9.Team work, Good moral and be responsible

Responsibility:
In Charge of new mould design & evaluate & improvement & timing management
1.Tooling feasibility study
2.Cost data set up and calculate
3.Mould spec. build up
4.Mould design review and failure model analyses
5.Molding parameter set up for new tooling trial
6.Tooling improvement
7.Tooling schedule management
8.Tooling suppliers management
9.Continuous improvement utilizing Six Sigma and Lean tools.
