Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or relevant engineering;
- Above 3 years experience in project management or engineering;
- Plastic injection or stamping related experience is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel;
- Good writing skills to provide written Work Standards and instructions;
- Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of Quality data;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Ability to establish and maintain a budget;
- Computer, network and software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Manager;
- Ideal candidate would possess Chinese and English language skills.


Responsibility:
- Form cross functional team to achieve project target;
- Establish project plan, time line, and milestones;
- Cost estimating and budgeting at the initial of project;
- Cost control in the whole progress of project;
- Manage and monitor all milestones and take corrective actions when project delays;
- Organize project review meeting and production hand-off with operations team;
- Prepare the schedule per customer requirement for product validation and approvals;
- Coordinate first production order run to ensure first order run performance;
- Solve critical project issues and proper escalation.
