Qualification Requirenments:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related; Over 8 years finance experience in foreign investment manufacturing company, min 3 years in costing experience; Good English in both written and oral, Excellent Excel and PPT skill, familiar with SAP
2. Good personality; Initiative; Integrity; Execute and tough on principle
Team work spirit, Strong communication ability, work ability under pressure

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to do control on capital investment process, etc. standardize the CER form, update local CER form in time and make sure comply with global standard version..; Plant overall ROIC analysis to come out reasonable total Capex investment to achieve plant competitive profit ability level.
2. Coordinate related departments on CER request, to ensure CER can be proceed timely. Evaluate the CER feasibility per finance perspective, and ensure the financial data is accurate for management review.
3. CER post-auditing, to analyze the root cause on the gap between CER target cost and systematical planned standard cost, track action accordingly.
4. Make the CAPEX report and regular CER summary, report to Management each month, highlight key points to management team about the full picture, bridge from project progress to finance impact etc.
