Job Requirements:
-4 to 5 years of professional experience with focus on industrial engineering. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
-1 to 2 years of experience as Lean practitioner and demonstrated evidence of sustained, successful lean activities within specific value streams.
-Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management
-Strong teamwork spirit
-Ability to think strategically and systematically, execute tactically to deliver results
-Demonstrated project management skills.
-Analytically minded and data-driven. The candidate must also have a holistic overview of complex situations and deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise.
-Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Job Responsibilities:
1.TEOA Star Level Assessment: Plan and implement the TEOA strategy in order to support the general management to achieve business goals and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all operation processes.
2.No. of Kaizen Events: Responsible to identify and lead the TEOA projects and get the necessary resources.
3.TEOA Training Record&Scorecard: Delivers practical, hands-on training to employees in TEOA methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all production and support functions.
