Responsibilities

1.Follow quality manual and procedures.
2.Organize and implement quality awareness training according to the training plan provided by the Quality Systems Manager.
3.Take part in the internal audit.
4.Prepare the action plans and take the actions for the findings of internal audit.
5.Teach the section employees to know the document control procedures in order to make sure all QC related document and records are properly documented.

6.Develop and follow quality systems and processes into new products.
7.Prepare and review PPAP(production parts approval process) in order to get ready for mass production.
8.Take part in the process audit and provide suggestions for quality improvement.
9.Monitor the completion of action plans related to QC quality control.
10.Calculate and review external DPPM(defect parts per million) and develop improvement plan.
11.Submit 8D report to customer and review 8D closure and response time to make sure all the quality gap be closed.

12.Prepare and implement the measurement system analysis of new products.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree Engineering, ( Machinical, Electronicis)
2.5 years experience in quality engineering, Auto experience is perffer,
3.Sufficient work experiences in quality engineering/assurance field. Has basic knowledge of 5 manuals of automotive
4.Be familiar with 8D, 5why analysis method to get the solution
5.Be familiar with electronical components assembly workmanship, quality control and management.

6.Open mind, Energetic and team oriented personality preferred.
7.Independent decision making capability,ownership and leadership
