岗位职责 Responsibilities：

1. Develop and maintain new suppliers according to the demand, under the lead of Supply chain manager
2. Work with engineering team and DE colleague to source practices with the goal of sustaining continuous

cost improvement, quality, service, and delivery improvements.

3. Manage overall relationship, performance evaluation and qualification of suppliers.

4. Develop an efficient system and database to identify, monitor and track purchasing and costing

information.

5. Work to ensure an acceptable on-time delivery rating with low logistic cost.

6. Work together with suppliers to shorten lead time.

7. Identify and specify opportunities to improve the supply chain performance.

8. Other tasks assigned by management

岗位要求 Requirements:

1. Minimum graduate from college, preferably majoring in mechanical engineering
2. 2 years’ experience in sourcing & mechanical manufacturing
3. Fluency in English both for oral and writing
4. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and presentation;
5. Good communication skill, good attitude and team player
6. Responsible, Open, Positive, Honest and work under pressure
