Job Responsibilities:

1.To drive and handle the recruitment process for assigned recruitment projects emphasize particularly on DL & IDL recruiting side.
2.To update recruitment plan.
3.To make monthly recruitment report.
4.To search for recruiting channel.
5.To make interview for DL & IDL
6.To Flow up new DL & IDL is on board

Qualification:


1.College degree or above,
2.Have good social network and be familiar with all kinds of procedures and function in EMS industry.
3.At least 3-5 years solid experience in Recruitment in multinational company.
4.Good command of PC Operation.
5.Excellent knowledge of recruitment channels and selection techniques.
6.To be able to work independently and under pressure.
7.Familiar with labor law and relevant regulations.
8.Self starter, active and energetic personality.
