- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Facilities Engineer 设施工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Work out and implement the annual and monthly facilities and infrastructures maintenance plan and maintain the database of facilities and infrastructures

- To ensure the wellness and effective operation of SEAL facilities and related equipment, and to ensure the wellness of infrastructure with the cost well controlled according to SRE management concept and requirements

- Solve the breakdowns of the power supply system, compressed air, security, structure and others and ensure the normal operation

- Manage SEAL office space and optimize the usage rate

- Responsible for the implementation and management of small civil project construction, including drafting the drawing, cooperating with GP to select the vendor and supervising the construction quality, progress, etc

- Report and analyze the operation and cost of the facilities and improve the purchase and control of spare parts

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- College and above in Electrical & Mechanical

- Experience of at least 3 years in relevant fields

- Experience in the management of small civil projects

- Good at office software and AutoCAD

- Good communication skills and team work spirit

- Fluent English communication
