- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Quality Planning Engineer 质量策划工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Advanced Q-Planning and release of defined milestones in the development process;

- Planning of quality concept and creating of control plan and test documents for manufacturing process;

- Manufacturing quality monitoring by quality statistic measures;

- Organize the evaluation of quality issues(including product safety issues), coordinate and review the corrective and preventive actions;

- Organization of regular process audits(SCM Q-Gates) and product audits to assess the quality of processes and products;

- Coordinate and supervise the quality improvement based on the defined quality target;

- Take care of the quality data and quality report;

- Make the investigation for complained products from customers as CS request, and fix the corrective actions to non-conformance;

- Support the on-site customer service related to quality problem;

- Train and guide the other employees within related quality field (quality method, test process, inspection operation, etc), and coach the junior engineers in a certain extent.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Electrical;

- Experience of at least 2~3 years in quality field (College degree: 3 years above; University degree: 2 years above);

- Experienced in quality controlling of manufacturing process and product

- Experience of quality planning in project

- Good knowledge of related low-voltage electrical apparatus

- Good knowledge of quality improvement methods

- Good knowledge of process audit and product audit

- Good communication and teamwork

- Fluent English communication
