- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a SQA Engineer 供应商质量保证工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Execution and documentation of the product discussion in the “Product Review” document

- Maintain 8D system for quality issue, share quality information ASAP.

- Solution of supplier’s quality issue, bringing supplier feedback into the development process

- Define of the testing requirements, generate of the test plans.

- Execution of process audits (including documentation and measures controlling)

- Supporting project, executing product discussion and creating formal “product review” document for new parts.

- Implement complain management, solve the quality problem.

- Supporting project to fine-tune the supplier quality control plan and production process

- Participating is Sourcing Committee to give suggestion from quality side.

- Cooperation in supplier selection with regard to quality performance

- Perform supplier Audits in accordance with ISO9000 and the company specific requirements.

- Familiar with quality situation; Answer customer question indirectly and some requirements

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Mechanical engineering or related material analysis

- For Master degree：Experience of at least 2-4 years in supplier quality management fields

- For Bachelor degree：Experience of at least 4-6 years in supplier quality management fields

- Auto industry component supplier work experience is preferred,

- Familiar with quality management tool in supplier process control

- Experience of quality management system audit - Experience of project management - Know processes and audit processes documents

- Good communication and coaching skill - Team leader skill

- Communication with international colleagues

- Fluent English communication
