- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer 技术服务工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Handling various services, preparation of after sale services;

- Improve service satisfy rate, promote KPI;

- Focus on case handling and provide primary report;

- Normal after sale service activities and technology analysis on cases;

- Assist to the training of new employee on technology, to meet the position requirement;

- Provide technical analysis report for failure product and trouble cases;

- Stated leadership in teamwork on technical aspect, provide technical guidance to the trainee and clients；

- Applications of the product in customer's system, give them stated application suggestions;

- Customer contacts / consulting.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Electrical Engineering and Automation;

- At least 2-4 years customer service work experience, focus on technical job;

- About 3 years work experience in LV products, switchgear technical support or service in priority

- Good knowledge of the applications of the product in the customer's system, give them some application suggestions;

- Hard working and be able to travel frequently;

- Good communication and teamwork skills;

- Fluent English communication
