Responsibility:
1. Production products improvement
1 Improvement products yield, especially FPY
2 Troubleshooting on line
3 Decrease production difficulty from techincal point of view
4 As techincial expert to do the trainning for operators and tuners to carry out technical actions
2. RF technical training
1 tuner and operator training for new product
2 supplier training about the raw material requirement
3 sales etc. office people training about the new product
4 internal technical training for whole company
3. NPI
1 SPEC estimate and confirm
2 troubleshooting on site
3 new prject summary editor
4 test data collect and analysis
5 assistant process engineer to make WI for new project in test sites
6 equipment setup confirm
7 new project test ATE program setup and result verify

Position Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience in RF filter,TMA tuning and test, design is prefer
2. rich experience about filter troubleshooting(IMD,insertion loss,return loss)
3. good skill in practise, for example: assembly,solder
3. AutoCAD is prefer
4. test equipment(network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator ) operate
5. test equipment troubleshooting and set up
6. assembly and tuning experience
