1.Over 3 years working experience, 2 years in purchasing or Sourcing;
2.Engineering background, RF (Radio Frequency) Experience is preferred
3.Good command of English and computer skill

7.Able to work under pressure

职位描述：

1.Receive, execute and response RFQ request within required time, this includes analysis the RFQ requirement, asking pricing, compare, analysis and negotiate the best possible pricing and terms from approved suppliers;
2.Lead supplier selection for own responsible commodities. This means understand the commodity requirement from stakeholders, undertake necessary supply market research, make and implement commodity strategy, make supplier evaluation and assessment, select supplier and contracting the terms and conditions;
3.Manage new supplier sample qualification, capacity ramp up, supplier phase in, system data maintenance; Also manage supplier ramping down and phase out;
4.Build supplier relationship. Understand supplier’s strength and weakness, developing the supplier’s capability, managing the dynamics of the supply base, carrying on regular supplier visit and supplier meetings;
5.Manage supplier performance management, coordinating quality issues from suppliers, continuously improve supply performance to meet increasing demand from internal organization and customers;
