精通橡胶工艺，至少五年相关工作经验。
Familiar with rubber technics. At least 5 years work experience.

熟悉ISO体系知识，熟悉APQP和PPAP的相关要求和内容。

良好的现场解决问题的能力。
Good handle ability.

熟悉制程定义的各类文档的制作。
Familiar to do the process defination file

熟悉IRIS体系，了解或掌握RAMC,LCC相关要求
Familiar with IRIS system, understand or grasp RAMC, LCC requirements

职位职责：

1.负责新产品的制程设计开发，包括设备，人员，模具，工装和物料等的验证，评估和改进，确保所设计和开发的制程能够适应批产的要求。
In Charge of new product process design.

2.与产品工程师协同工作，对新产品进行确认。参与完成新产品的PPAP工作。
Confirm the new product with Product Engineer. Finish the PPAP.

3.制作批产所需的制造过程定义文档，诸如作业指导书，工艺参数卡等等。
Make the file for the production before SOP.
