汽车行业销售助理，熟练使用办公软件，熟悉橡胶行业者优先考虑
Sales assistant automotive industry. Windows office software. Experience in the rubber industry is a plus

英语，普通话，会日语，德语者优先
English and Mandarin, Japanese or German is a plus

必须具有良好的沟通技巧。因为这项工作涉及到很多团队和建立客户接触之间的协调
Good communication skills mandatory, as the job involves a lot of coordination between the teams and establishment of customer contacts

职位职责：

1.支持销售工程师询价任务：登记，从内部和客户收集信息，按照内部或客户程序填写相关表格
To support sales engineer in RFQ tasks: registering, collecting information from internal and customer, filling administrative forms for internal or customer procedure

2.支持销售工程师样件任务：发出内部订单，内部和客户要求的交货日期匹配，接待-检查-包装交付零件
To support sales engineer in prototype tasks: issuing internal PO, match internal delivery date and customer request date, reception-checking-packaging-delivery of parts

3.支持销售/项目工程师在模具/PPAP/第一次订单方面的工作：发出内部订单，内部和客户要求的交货日期匹配（计划跟踪）
To support sales/project engineers in tooling/PPAP/1st part order: issuing internal PO, match internal delivery date and customer request date (planning follow-up)

4.支持销售工程师拜访客户的安排工作（内部或外部）
To support sales engineer in customer visits organization (internal or external)

5.支持：质量反馈（如索赔）;交付（如果有重要的问题），以确保按期回答他们的问题
Support in: Quality response (e.g. claim); deliveries (if importort issue) to make sure the answers come on time

6.支持销售与项目简报/报告
To support sales / project engineer in presentations / reporting

7.跟踪客户付款，如果延迟需要发出提醒，与内部团队协调技术问题
To follow the customer payment and send out reminder if delays and coordinate with internal teams in case of technical issue
