MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Bachelors degree in business, English, international trading or equivalent

Familiar with ERP system (Baan or SAP)
Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite especially Excel/ Power Point).
Both oral & written English skills, CET 4 or above

Willing & able to work under pressure

PREFERRED REQUIREMENT:

International business handling experience(Import & Export)

Familiar with

Experienced in BAAN system
Experienced in project support

Be able to handle multi-hub transactions

职位职责：

JOB PURPOSE:
To provide effective and efficient services through customer service function and maximize customer satisfaction

MAIN TASKS/ FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for all customer-related issues: Handling RFQ, make quotations, customer PO management, delivery arrangement, invoice billing for intra-divisional, domestic, and international customers.
2. Be internal & external coordinator, responsible for efficient communication with in internal departments (sales, operations, purchasing and other overseas facilities) to meet customer requirements
3. Responsible for customer complaint handling process and ensure timely responses to customers and provide monthly summary report to CS manager/account manager.
4. Support account manager & project manager in implementation of projects: inventory control, business process improvement.
5. Assist/teamwork with other CS in CS team and participate on other project if necessary.
