Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Know well about the assembly process and ensure proper use all assembly tools and equipments.
熟知装配过程并能合理使用装配工具与设备

2. Be responsible for supervise and instruct to complete the assembly activities according to the company standards and contract requirements.
根据公司标准及合同要求，负责监管、指导整个装配生产

3. Implement proper daily maintenance of the tools and equipments; keep the work wear and workplace clean.
负责工具与设备的日常维护；保持生产区域的整洁与干净

4. Ensure that the assigned tasks will be completed timely based on company policy, quality standard and annual cost target.
根据公司政策、质量标准及成本预算，确保按时完成负责的工作

5. Arrange and instruct the assembly activities reasonably according to the production plan. Be responsible for the production quality and cost control.
根据生产计划合理地安排与指导装配生产；负责生产质量与费用控制

6. Supervise the team members to properly fill in the time sheet on time as required and take relevant responsibility accordingly.
对部门成员进行合理的监管，使其按要求填写完工时间表并承担各自责任

7. Comply strictly with the rules and regulations of the company as well as the employee handbook, and also be responsible for the implementation of subordinates.
严格遵守公司规章制度及员工手册，并负责下属员工的遵守与执行

8. Understand well the mechanical drawings and conduct proper assembly skillfully according to the drawings.
理解机械图纸并能依据图纸合理地熟练地进行装配操作

9. Offer the solutions of the assembly issues.
对装配生产提供有效的解决方案

10.Report directly to Production supervisor.
直接汇报于生产主管

Qualifications 资质要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent English is preferred.
本科学历或以上，流利的英语为佳

2. 3-5 years of assembly line supervisory experience; medium to heavy machinery is preferred.
3至5年的装配主管经验；中型或重型机械装配为佳

3. Be familiar with the assembly and assembly tools.
熟悉装备流程、装配工具与设备

4. Be able to manage equipment, supervision of equipment maintenance cycle in order to ensure the smooth progress of production;
合理管理设备并有效维护以确保顺畅的生产进程

5. Strong communication skills, teamwork-oriented;
擅长沟通并富有团队合作精神

6. Efforts to progress the spirit of the essence of the industry, strict working attitude, serious and responsible work, meticulous;
致力于推动工业进步，有严谨的工作态度，强烈的责任心，处事认真仔细

7. Good coordination, know emotional management is preferred;
有较强的协调能力，了解情绪管理为佳

8. Must have problem solving capacity because he has to study the machining problem and solve them;
