Account Manager
Specific Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular schedule of live program monitoring to assess retention of skills taught in training, as well as quality of staff performance
· Develop a long-term strategy and manage day-to-day operations
· Maintain a regular flow of communication with internal and external clients in order to ensure all client requirements are met
· Motivate and professionally lead a team of Team Managers/Sr. Team Managers
· Create an environment measured by quality-based results
· Possess analytical abilities with good hands-on skills
· Be an approachable leader with strong interpersonal skills
· Deliver well-organized monthly, quarterly, annual program reviews to senior management in addition to external clients
· Ensure all program metrics are met as determined by the client and SGS
· Coordinate and assist in delivering staff training (categories may include sales, customer service, information systems and product)
· Assist in the career development of Team Managers and Consultants
· Coordinate with the Human Resources and Facilities departments to ensure adequate staffing and program facilities are maintained
· Perform other projects for the Service Delivery division as assigned


Qualifications:
· Four-year post secondary degree
· Minimum two years proven management experience in a BPO/Contact Center environment, experience in business-to-business market preferred
· Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Should be familiar with Excel, Word, Exchange and PowerPoint
· Individuals identified for this position must be smart team players with impeccable integrity


Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
? Tenure of at least 12 months in the Sr. Team Manager, Sr. Expert or Sr. Associate Manager post
