职位描述
The function of this position is to provide primary technical support to Teleplan Suzhou, China in support of Teleplan Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Servers, Desktop Computing Environments, PABX system, Corporate ERP System (IFS), In-House Developed Applications (e-TRAC, Workbench & etc.). This position works in harmony with IT management in the planning, design, installation and maintenance of all Teleplan applications, networks and components.
Experience in running and managing Windows Server (preferable shop floor experience in manufacturing environment)
Experience in application support would be added advantage
Familiar with Oracle Database with SQL and PL/SQL
Proficient in English writing and communication
Willing to travel according to task assignment
Team player who is self organized and can work independently
