Education:
1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, or related.

Work experience:
1.More than three years of experience in the field of mechanical industrial(Fine parts experience is preferred).
2.Familiar with the process of CNC, milling, drilling, grinding, line cutting and surface treatment.
3.Familiar with manufacturing/assembly process.
4.Familiar with process of plastic injection, molding, sheet metal, stamping, diecasting Zn/Al.
5.Familiar with tolerance chain analysis.

Special skills:
1.Good problem analysis and resolution skills.
2.Be proficient in AutoCAD or other 3D software (catia).
3.Decision-making skills.
4.Lean production Concept.
5.Negotiation and communication skills.
6.Basic computer skills.

Language skills:
1.Fair written and spoken English if possible.

Main Tasks:

1.Improve the existing product, and ensure to meet the customer increasing requirement on performance and qualit. 2.Provide professional suggestion to Customer about product design optimization.
3.Develop automatical process in production line.
4.Take part in local mechanical parts’ supplier development and evaluation.
5.Mechanical parts’ problem analysis, supplier corrective action confirmation and evaluation.
6.Launch periodic or aperiodic audit to supplier with sourcing team.
7.Assisting other departments’ relevant work.
