Support the work of Customer Service Supervisor to deal with all the contact with both internal and external MED customers. Perform customer service duties to include but not limited to heavy phone use, order entry/inquiry, quotations, coordination of deliveries with production, sample and quotation follow up and complaint handling, return materials authorization (RMA) co-ordination between QA and customer. All activities with Chinese customers must be coordinated closely with U.S. Customer Service which has world-wide pricing and customer relationship responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Execute C.S. activities based on direction from Customer Service Supervisor according to the centralized scheduling

1. Work closely together with Customer Service Supervisor to prepare all kinds of requests for quotation (RFQ), orders, and sample arrangement.

2. Help Customer Service Supervisor to do accurate order entry to include order acknowledgements, pricing, and delivery date. Maintain customer price lists and update when needed.

3. Work closely with Customer Service Supervisor to coordinate and follow up the customer service related work among manufacturing, QA, sales and customers as needed

4. Under the direction of Customer Service Supervisor to prepare all kinds of reports and file it properly as required

5. Maintain aggressive follow-up system for sales leads, quotations and samples.

6. Distribute literature and information as required or requested.

7. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor

Arlon Suzhou opened its first operation, a small finishing center, in 2004. Two years later in 2006 it’s manufacturing facility, entitled Arlon Material Technologies Co., Ltd., opened and it complements Arlon’s USA operations quite well. Arlon’s manufacturing plant contains state-of-the-art equipment and is currently undergoing several equipment expansions which will increase Arlon’s manufacturing capacity.
