Key Responsibilities in detail

1. Business planning, Financial Forecast and P&L management
2. Lead and coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting process, reporting and analysis
3. Lead monthly business review process
a. Utilize tools to develop standard reporting package to review with Die Cut management team
b. Develop and maintain off-line P&L to verify actual monthly results to identify and escalate issues
4. Communicate between Finance Department and Operations team for analysis and reporting to drive profitability improvement through the quoting process, cost control, profit rationalization, and capital requests processes.
5. Provide regular updates to Management team on the profitability of the business.
6. Other duties as required.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or above in Finance / Accounting or Business;
2. Preference if has previous 1 years above experience in auditing.
3. Familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
4. Familiar with local Finance regulations and US GAAP
5. Good command of English (oral and written)
6. Excellent communication skills
