Description
The Qual lab supervisor is responsible for plans, coordinates, and directs/manage Qual lab day to day operation including but not limited to lab equipment management, spare part management, lab human resource management, job loading management etc.
The Qual lab supervisor needs to collaborate with VSM, manufacturing engineering, engineering and quality engineering and other business partners to for NPI, CCT and
ISC walk in jobs.
Lab engineer and Tech routine job loading management. Lab staff development
Lab equipment/fixture development, maintenance, Calibration etc. management
New test method/fixture development and continues improvement
Review and improve and standarize current Test method
Review and improve sample size and apply SPC analysis to test result
Mathmatics simulation for reliability test
Lead Qual lab team to support Site Level HSE Goals to meet the HSE AOP
Lead Qual lab team to support Site HOS Goals to meet the HOS AOP
Qualifications
University Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
?3+ Years supervision experience as an engineering lab supervisor in AIDC or smart phone area is a strong plus
Understand ISO90000.
Familiar with six sigma tool/SPC (Weibull analysis is a strong plus) and mathematic simulation (FEA). Good project planning skills and focused on meeting both internal and external customer needs
Familiar with SMT/IPC standard is perfect. Familiar with ESD, Drop, Tumble, Envitonmental test, bend, IPXX
Good witten and oral English
Excellent application, communication and organizational skills; management & analytical skills
Ability to lead and direct others, promote a positive and high performing work environment and ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external teams
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Outstanding project management & operations skills & ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
