Job Description:
Coordinate and manage all security activities within the company in China as well as performing supervision over the outsourced security company.
Responsible to actively promote the security culture in all levels of the organization.
Develop, implement, comply and follow up company security policies and programs.
Ensure compliance with country regulations.
Administration of company assets and human resources assigned to security.
Conduct investigations of theft incident in the company.
Responsible for fostering continuous improvement in security within the company.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
To ensure both safety and security in the company’s sites;
To organize and effectively to supervise proper functioning of the safeguarding of the company’ assets;
To prepare and to implement standards for the different types of the security activity according with company global standards.
To monitor and to require from the outsourced security guards compliance with the established admission regime and the internal rules approved for application in the territory of the company’ sites.
To exercise control over the third parties for dispatching and transportation of the waste generated by the company;
To ensure adequately company access control to employees, visitors and contractors.
To prepare and to store different types of security programs within the company;
To elaborate reports to management for all the incidents about non compliance with company standards;
To liaise with and effectively to cooperate with the global security team, when required.
To request an explanation in written by the outsourced company’s physical security Director for the presence of incidents taken place in the territory of the company and even more for an absence of such;
To perform day-to-day monitoring of:
Actions undertaken by the chief security guard activity;
Emergency exits and especially those who navigate the activity of Shipping-in/Shipping-out;
Transportation of variety of materials, semi-finished and finished products and goods between company sites;
To liaise if needed with the state authorities including the local police department;
To perform his duties according with company expectations quality, ethics, environmental, etc. ;
To obtain deep knowledge and to comply strictly with the approved internal rules to ensure safety and health working conditions;
To provide protection to workers, sub contracted staff working at the plant and visitors.
To ensure protection of the company assets and develop continuous improvements program to enhance this activity.
To ensure a safe environment minimizing risk in the company.
To prepare plans and projects to improve the security programs in the company

COMPETENCIES:
Proven successful track record in the field of company security management, experience within a multinational company will be considered as an advantage.
Sound people management knowledge
Managing other experience;
A hands-on attitude;
Ability to set priorities in complex situations

Knowledge on electronic security systems
Team work oriented
Willing to accept new responsibilities
Strong on ethics behavior
Self learning desire

SKILLS:
Very good computer literacy;
100% English language – Understand, write and speak;
Experience in a similar position – 5 years, minimum 3 years of managerial experience;
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
