Position: Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

？ Assistant Sales support to set up pricing tools, prepare bidding documents
？ Assist Sales to draft files for presentation and communication purpose
？ Responsible for tracking on prospects status and submit report on management request or for internal communication purpose
？ Coordinate with sales manager to administrate section affairs
？ Responsible for documentation administration


Requirements:
？ BS in Engineering fields preferred
？ Around 1 years of related working experience
？ Good commend of Autocad and can read mechanical drawings
？ Good English both in oral and written
Proficient in MS Office
