Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements; Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

1. Good understanding of Corp and Local P&P and put into practice well. Good guideline to team members for proper working direction to meet audit standards and efficiency improvement.

2. Capex Control and CER post audit. Good Capex control according to CER analysis like return rate, depreicaiton impact, investment plan etc. Maintain formal CER post audit process and provide result/measurement on monthly basis.

3. Good coordination between BU and FSSC to keep reliable statuory finance report, business events / operation legally etc, make sure BU business runing in healthy environment

4. Process improvement: Train and improve plant business process to keep the plant aware of P&P alignment

5. Good communication and leadership to reslove the working problem. Hold internal and external training for the team members to keep team development.

6. Other Job assigned

Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related; Over 8 years finance experience in foreign investment manufacturing company, min 3 years in costing experience; Good English in both written and oral, Excellent Excel and PPT skill, familiar with SAP
