This position is responsible for engineering support of the monitor production lines, including:

?是运营工程团队的核心成员，负责不断提升产品质量和易测性
Be a key member of the Operations Engineering Team promoting best practices of good manufacturing and testability.
?追踪成本降低措施及对产品可靠性的改善措施
Pursue with vigor cost reductions and reliability improvements to the product.
?对在生产的监护仪产品作适当的设计改变和并验证
Design and document changes to the monitor products that are in production at this time.
?能在可选项目中进行选择。在现有设备过于陈旧时能够对其进行更换
Identification of alternatives and qualifying replacement components when existing components become obsolete.
?帮助运营工程团队中的其他成员，并提供相关知识
Provide knowledge and assistance to the other members of the Operations Engineering Team.
?为客户的特殊要求进行设计及验证
Design and document any customer specials.
?协助供应商达到我们的要求
Support vendors to achieve certification.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

-Minimum

?本科学历，电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业
BS degree, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent required.
?至少3年相关工作经验
Minimum of 3 years directly related work experience.
?有测试开发经验，包括系统中的测试要求
Test development experience including test requirements at a systems level.
?有测试系统硬件和测量法方面的经验
Test system hardware and measurement experience.
?出色的书面和口头交流能力，团队合作精神及陈述技能
Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
