Key Accountability 主要职责
1、 Check all expense claim forms per company policy
2、 Count cash balance on weekly basis
3、 Prepare documents for oversea payments
4、 Submit domestic payments through Internet bank
5、 Deposit all bank bills and cash from customers into bank timely
6、 Manage bank acceptance drafts from customers
7、 Prepare bank acceptance draft payments to suppliers
8、 Responsible for foreign currency clearance
9、 Prepare daily cash flow statement
10、Monitor cash advance to employees
11、Keep good relationship with SAFE and banks
12、Provide support in external and internal audits



Job Holder Qualifications 岗位任职条件
1、 College degree or above in accounting or finance
2、 Accountant certificate
3、 More than 1 years’ working experience in cash and bank processing
4、 Experience in multi-national company
5、 Be familiar with the process of Internet bank
6、 Proficient in MS Office and ERP system
7、 Ability to understand, speak, read and write English for business
8、 Knowledge of local and international Accounting standards-
9、 ntegrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
10、Positive, “Can-do” attitude that seeks solutions
11、Honest and ethical to handle busines
