Job Description:

1.Assist to Quality Manager in managing the overall quality activities for CM on day to day basis
2.Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality engineering activities for product family
3.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the product quality
4.Participate and report all quality issues from EV, DV, PV and MP stage of the product
5.Develop training to build quality awareness and management at CM sites
6.Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to production of new products are in accordance with approved data
7.Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the product quality management
8.Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
9.Prepare 8D report reports, analyze failure, corrective and preventive actions arisinging from CM
10.Create and maintain quality documentation, such as quality plan, reports, and statistical studies
11.Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions at CM sites
12.Continuously improving inspection process and procedures
13.Conduct day to day quality meeting with CM and preparation of QA reports
14.Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for quality issues
15.Coordinate the quality activities of reliability quality engineering with reliability engineers
16.Review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process specifications
17.Deploy the problem solving tools like, FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, SPC, DOE, Weibull etc.
18.Assist manufacturing scrap performance evaluation and management
19.Practice lean and six sigma methodologies to improve the product quality


Skills Required:

1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese Languages
2.Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt, Certified Quality Engineer is desired
3.Expert on FMEA, APQP, Statistical Process Control, reliability studies and other quality methodologies
4.Advanced user of MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
5.Excellent cross-functional teamwork and project management skills
6.Advanced level data analysis and reporting skills
7.Ability to work proactively and independently
8.People management and cross functional team based enjoinment working
9.No stranger to hard work


Experience/Qualifications:

1.University graduate in EE, ME or similar discipline
2.Minimum 6 years work experience in premium electronics products/brands
3.Hands on experience in managing factory processes and product development quality processes
4.Certified quality and reliability engineer from a well known organization
5.Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers
6.Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
8.Passion for working in a values based company in alignment with a learning organization
9.Experience in quality management systems
10.Experience in quality system audits
11.Experience on lean manufacturing
12.Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
13.Willingness to travel when required
14.Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
