职位描述
Areas of Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically, these activities may including: arranging event and customer/supplier/guest visits, office services, canteen service, shuttle bus service.
- Coordinate with Hheaquarter for facility management;
- Optimize all administrative services and support and arrange internal communication such as surveys, newsletters, information meetings, e-news, etc.
- Provide and promote services/support to all production lines or relevant functions to ensure the integrated management system is enforced and adding value to the business. Define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures of control for the process and satisfy customer’s expectation by meeting the defined quality standard.
- Responsible for managing and planning organization-wide environmental, hazardous waste, and compliance related programmers. Responsible for education and training employees in handling hazardous waste and compliance related programmers. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the environmental regulations and regulatory processes.
- Develop and implement the organization quality strategy and manage a task of quality control and quality assurance professionals. Ensure that company is in compliance with ISO standards.
- Manage all building activities related to new construction, refurbishing, relocation, etc. and meet schedule and cost targets. Ensure proper maintenance of all building and common equipment to avoid downtime and ensure all safety equipment is in good orders at all time.
Success Criteria
Stronger leadership and lear direction setting.
Building project complete on time (Anshan and Haiyan)
meet department KPI
development organization and team competence.
Important Aspects with Impact on the Job
Minimum Requirements to Education Background and Work Experience
Bachelor/Master degree in a major, engineering is preferred.
-At least 5-7-year experience in related areas with management experiences
-Be familiar with “continuous improvement tools”
-Be familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000, OHASA180001, Lean principles, TS16949.
-Good English skill, at least CET-4, fluently in oral and written.
-Experience on SAP is preferred.-
Essential Personal Characteristics
Teamwork, proactive, self-driven, good communication skills, & customer orientation.

Experience from working in global matrix organizations
willing to change
