某世界500强德资机械制造公司委托招聘 焊接主管工艺工程师

岗位职责：
1) Creating and modification of ST and air compressor welding part work cycles, Define labour hours and get standard hours;
2) Detailed study of welded pieces drawing and production specifications; Give solutions on how to control and correct welding distortion;
3) Respect of the production requirements and solve problems on site;
4) Interaction with engineering department for modifications and improvement;
5) Mentor junior engineers to organize plan for document preparation in welding group;
6) Put forward constructive suggestion and achieve target, continued improvement;
7) Other task from superior.

任职资格：
1）Bachelor’ degree
2）Job experience minimum 5 years;
3）Welding or mechanical Engineering background;
4）Knowledge?of?production?specifications and quality requirement;
5）Good knowledge and experience on welding performance of refractory steel ,stainless steel and carbon steel; 6）Experience on define welding sequence for complex work piece,carbon steel thickness up to 200 mm, heavy construction (30 t);
7）Ability to work with ERP system (SAP preferential);
8）Ability to evaluate the impacts as regards the safety of the production operations.
9）Fluent written English,good spoken English prefer.
