职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Comprehend local market situation for supporting the plans formation. Formulate strategic business plan based on chemical products for the automobile after sales market, analysis and translate strategic plan into individual product marketing plan;
2. Work with cross functional teams and international colleagues to achieve all defined business objectives;
3. Responsible for defining and developing sales and marketing materials and tools that can support the plan execution through channel marketing and sales team;
4. Support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines, Continuous competitor analysis; Identification of market chances and risks.
5. Justify investments in service, products, and equipment for growth of the business. Make financial recommendation to management.
6. Maintenance and evaluation of future business opportunities for the Business Group Building up an intensive network on higher level with key CUSTOMERS, cooperation with associations in China Participation at Exhibitions and Congresses Support of special projects on Business Group level
7. Develop and implement Marketing Plan and Budget
8. Help to coach / train new marketers or subordinates (if applies). 9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. University degree / prefer master degree in Marketing / Business Administration
2. 5 + years marketing experience in automobile after sales market, chemical products and related area
3. Existing contacts with customers in the Automotive Industry desired.
4. Self motivated and passionate to excel in business management of marketing area;
5. Social competence, ability to work in a team, service oriented, effective communication and presentation skills, ability to motivate other people
6. Experience of working in international environment
7. Fluent spoken and written English 8. Knowledge in ERP or SAP could be helpful
