Core Responsibilities:

Contribute to the deployment of test solutions for new product designs into the factory. Manage related engineering builds and qualification
Develop capability and infrastructure to ensure the test activities are easily transferable across selected ODMs
Resolve test related issues in the factory
Contribute to test coverage, test methodology and test repeatability metrics for the product – work closely with the design team to accomplish this goal
Provide inputs to the design team to ensure product designs are easily transferable to HVM
Coordinate with a diverse set of cross-site technical contributors, including internal teams, the factory, sub-contractors and vendors to successfully transition the design into high volume manufacturing
Set up equipment, test processes and methodologies as necessary
Requirements:

10+ years of experience with developing test solutions for high volume consumer electronics products, prior experience with wearable products preferred
Must be an expert at test engineering, panelized tests, automated tests, test coverage and design for test practices
Should have prior experience with driving test solutions for at least 2 products into high volume manufacturing
Should be a creative thinker with fast problem solving skills
Candidate with a strong systems background preferred – candidate needs to understand impact of test across the system
Prior experience building test systems for cost optimized, flexible, miniature systems preferred
Good communicator, great team player required
Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
