KEY ELEMENTS

1. Respond to electrical and controls troubles or issues on site involving with machines, including PLC, VLC, CNC and Industrial computers.

2. Backup computers, PLC, VLC, HMI and other controllers, support to backup of machining programs and parameters of CNC system.

3. Maintain rational spare parts inventory, management of controls documentation and troubleshooting records.

4. Maintain plant floor relate database, have ability to develop SQL database and trouble shooting.

5. Closely work with other department include maintenance, ME, PE maintain a high efficiency of trouble location and shooting.

SKILLS, ABILITIES & EDUCATION

1. College degree or above on electric automation.

2. Good electrical controls knowledge and trouble-shooting abilities.

3. Familiar with RSLogis 500/5000 and PanelView of Rockwell, PLC and HMI or other controls system like Siemens, Mitsubishi.

4. Good computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skill.

5. Familiar with MS SQL database maintain and trouble shooting.

6. Good English both in oral and written;

7. Good self-learning, self-motivation and effective communication ability.
