PRIMARY FUNCTION
Manage all prototypes for AE and R&D projects internally and externally, including milling machine operation and processing management.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1,Support on milling machine setup up
2,Keep update and regular service for mechanical workshop
3,Manage milling machine to make prototypes with plastic and metal materials according to internal and external requirements
4,Manage suppliers to control prototype quality,precision measurement capability for quality control of external parts

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1,At least 3 years relevant experience on complex 3 axis milling machine operation, 5 axis milling machine operation experience is preferred
2,Familiar with plastic and metal prototype making, especially on optical part
3,Familiar with at least one type of CAM software
4,Familiar with surface treatment, such as coating and polishing

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1,College degree or above
2,echanics or Engineering related
3,Very familiar with milling machine and related mechanical equipments operation
4,Professional skill on prototype making
5,Good understanding on metal and plastic products
6,Good internal and external communication skills
7,Good English skill in writing and reading.
8,Personality: conscientious, careful, initiative, patient, willing to learn
9,Have a strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility.
10,Be able to work under high pressure
