Brief Posting Description (Position Summary – paragraph form)
Great opportunity to join a growing global business unit in a newly public company! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is personable and motivated to learn the business to support segment managers in achieving and exceeding growth objectives. The ideal candidate will also have experience in financial planning for a business unit or division in overseas-funded enterprises.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sensors MSP product globally. Leading the operational performance review, tracking the unit cost, supporting new program analysis and quotation. The ideal candidate also has the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines as well as the ability to influence others without having direct supervisory responsibilities. The candidate will also be actively involved in the monthly close and quarterly/annual/long-range planning processes as well as supporting, as needed, requirements of a public company, including audits and external filings.

? Support operation manager for monthly finance forecast and review.
? Support global new program analysis and controlling.
? Partner with America / Europe / Asia business teams in update cycles to build NR, P&L, Capital, & inventory forecasts.
? Prepare presentation material for monthly global COE reviews.
? Coordinate monthly unit cost reviews / analyses and profitability by end customer reporting.
? Monitor / rationalize yearly standard cost updates.
? Manage ad hoc requests on a timely basis from both within the business and operation teams, including assistance cost reduction.

*Job Requirements (Minimum: Required Skills and Competencies, Education Level / Major Required, Years of Experience, Certifications / Licenses, etc…) Seeking a candidate with 5 – 8 years experience in a manufacturing and/or technology environment with a BS in Finance/Accounting/Business, MBA is strongly preferred.

*Additional Details (% of travel required / domestic and/or international, computer language skills, necessary soft skills, etc…) Frequent domestic and international travel. Oracle and Hyperion knowledge is a plus and ability to interact with all levels of management required.
