职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1).New technology & process study and introduce to production.
2).Process design, trail run and SOP for paint process to meet customer requirements on new projects.
3).Improve and optimize current paint process to obtain stable capabilities
4).Continual improvement for cost saving and to meet EHS rules and requirements.
5).Implement the ECRs/ECNs related to paint process.
6).Root cause study and take actions for process issues and customer complaints.
7).Prepare process documents for process and package process. And train the operators.
8).Make jigs, fixtures, tools and equipment upgrade for paint process and new projects.
9).Technical support for maintenance and quality
10).Other allotted by Dept. Manager
