MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. Degree holder of equivalent
2. With at least 3 years of HR experience in HRIS, Payroll, C&B functions in a manufacturing environment in US/EU multinational company
Special Knowledge
1. Strong diagnostic, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
2. Ability of working under pressure and strong sense of confidentiality
Skill
1. Proficient in Microsoft software, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
2. Payroll and HR SAP knowledge preferred
3. Fluent in oral and written English

Payroll
- Conduct monthly payroll in time with 100% accuracy
- Be responsible for CPF and IIT declaration
- Prepare payroll related reports and employee pay slips
- Make sure all payroll documentations meet the internal & external audit requirements and in compliance with legal regulations
HRIS
- Maintain HRIS data and uphold the integrity of the system
- Provide HR related reports and data analysis to the relevant parties in a timely manner
C&B
- Assist HR Head to develop and implement competitive compensation plan and benefits programs and reward programs to support WNC’s business plans / strategies and comply with legal / regulatory requirements
- Work closely with functional / line mangers to provide guidance and counsel on compensation and benefits related issues
- Work closely with China C&B team to provide the annual salary planning and budgeting, annual merit increase / market adjustment and promotion
- Participate in the compensation and benefits surveys
- Assist HR Head to develop and review the pay structure in order to ensure appropriate external competitiveness and internal equity to make sure attract and retain right talent to achieve the company’s business plan
- Keep track on social, economic, regulatory and political trends that could impact the Company’s strategy and policy and ensure they are well observed
- Review, update and communicate C&B policies and procedures to ensure understanding and consistency across the organization
Others
- Provide effective and efficient C&B daily operation.
- Responsible for maintaining sound SHE working conditions, practices in your assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under your supervision.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

- 计算每月薪资，准确、按时发放
- 负责每月社保公积金的缴纳以及个税申报
- 准备每月薪资报表以及员工薪资单打印
- 确保所有薪资文件存档，符合内外审核的要求以及法律法规要求
人力资源信息系统
- 维护人力资源信息系统，确保系统数据的准确性
- 及时准确地提供各类人力资源报表及数据分析报告
薪资福利
- 协助人力资源部门负责人设计和执行有竞争力的薪资福利计划，奖励计划和有效的人事信息系统，以支持公司业务的发展，并符合相关法律法规的要求
- 向部门经理提供薪资福利方面的意见和建议
- 与中国薪资福利团队合作，提供年度薪资计划和预算，年度薪资调整/市场调整和晋升方面的数据
- 参与薪资福利调查
- 协助人力资源部门负责人开发和审核工资结构，确保外部竞争力和内部公平性，以保留关键员工来带到公司的业务目标
- 确保公司型资福利政策与影响公司战略的社会、经济、法规和政治政策的一致性
- 回顾、更新及沟通薪资福利政策和流程，确保公司内部对政策的理解与一致性
其他职责
- 提供有效的薪资福利日常操作
- 负责维护公司良好的环境、健康和安全，并在指定范围内确保所有员工的安全
