MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. High school / technology Secondary School or above.
2. 1-2 years security related experience. Familiar with product shipping, property removal and material loading &unloading requirement, familiar with patrol, DVR, ACS etc. security system basic operating and monitoring.
3. Possess a high level of personal integrity, interpersonal and communication skills.

Protecting company assets and proprietary information.
Maintain company’s rules & regulations.
Performing static security post duties (including security control room) and report & document incidents.
Monitoring authorized movement of all persons, goods, properties including document.
Conducting physical checks on all persons in Pfizer premises per necessary requirement.
Performing security patrol of company’s premises.
Maintaining proper record keeping.
Providing escort for waste bearing of corporate identity shipping and destruction witness.
Responding to emergencies and calls for help.
Providing customer-orientated services.
Assisting in conducting security audits.
Monitoring the proper use and maintenance of security equipments.
Monitoring and response to all alarm conditions received (including fire alarm), reporting as appropriate.
Communication, be able to assist the shift supervisor in the deployment of security personnel during an emergency. Be able to coordinate the communication efforts of the security personnel during an emergency.
Public relationship activities develop and maintain a “daily activity report” covering all events/incidents handled by security on each shift.
Keep good communication with team, report all violations to shift leader, supervisor or manager.
Familiar with evacuation procedures, routes of all building, all areas.

交流，有能力辅助主管在紧急情况时部署安保人员。有能力协调在紧急情况时与安保队员交流
公共关系活动的发展并维持一个“日常活动报告”，包括所有当班时处理的事件/事故。
与团队保持良好交流，向领班、主管、经理汇报所有违规事件
熟悉所有疏散程序，所有工厂的疏散路线及区域
