MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
BS or BA Degree with Finance, Accounting or Economic field
+5 years related working experience in Multinational Company
+3 years related working experience in GL/Reporting accounting process
+2 years related working experience in Finance shared service team
+1 years working experience for people management
Special Knowledge
Familiar with ERP system – SAP and with experience in FI function
Skill
Fluent English in Oral and Written
Proficient in Excel, Word, PPT
Good Communication Skill

Assist to establish R2R accounting team and work procedure
Lead team to take over GL/FA/IC accounting work from outsourced accounting team
Control the accounting record quality prepared by GL team members
Analyzing financial data and business KPI to identify key issues and make appropriate decisions
Assist market finance for new reporting preparation, ensure monthly/quarterly/yearly report submission meets scheduled timetable
Be responsible for completion of statutory reporting per local government requirements
Manage GL/FA/IC daily work, ensure smooth month-end closing. e.g. accrual, amortization, expense allocation, IG balance reconciliation, etc
Be responsible for balance sheet account reconciliation preparation & work with market finance to ensure proper adjustments made in timely & accuracy manner and ensure the balances are fairly stated
Be responsible for COA (PRC GAAP) maintenance
Support market finance on additional reports required by HQ
Coordinate on internal & external audit

能通过财务数据的分析查找到流程弊病并作出相应决策
协助制作月度/季度/年度报表，并确保符合规定时间
负责国内报表的制作并符合国内报表编制要求
管理总账/固定资产/内部公司往来帐的日常工作，确保月结工作正常进行
负责资产负债表有关的会计科目分析，并协助做定期的检查，确保相关调整能及时准确记入帐
负责公司中国会计架构的维护
协助完成上级管理层要求的其他工作任务
协助内部及外部审计工作
