Senior Designer 资深印前设计师
Working Location: 镇江丹徒新区

Responsibilities:
1. Design different function and quality of the plastic floor according to the domestic and international market trends and the existing plastic flooring industry competition pattern
2. Participate in market research and adjust design ideas according to the consumer insight and customer requirements
3. Color matching / Seal sample and related sectors of the whole process tracking and communication accurately and timely
4. Follow up and communicate with the related suppliers of design
5. Participate in the projects development and tracking that related to design
6. Communicate with related customers regarding product design
7. Establish a product system (i.e. product series)
8. Help the company to establish a full set of floor design specifications and other relevant rules and regulations in the full understanding of the factory production capacity and sales terminal status quo, and make all related work flow
9. Communicate with sales terminals and factories; straighten up the relationship, carding the related working procedures and establishing related rules and regulations
10. Arrange the terminal sales training according to the rules and regulations set
11. Coach the factory to organize the production according to the set rules

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree preferred, aesthetic design, product design, printing, textile, industrial design decoration design professional are priorities
2. Be good at capturing the trends and fashion elements, and fashion elements into the flooring product design
3. More than 5 years working experience in product design entities, or 3 years famous enterprises senior designers preferred
4. Understand the overall flooring industry, familiar with the industry flooring materials selection mode
5. Good at fast search on the network and market for the accurate information, be good at fast summary, problem analysis
6. Good at CAD and PC OFFICE ( WORD, EXCEL, PPT skilled, EMAIL ) while having a three-dimensional design experience
