职位描述
岗位职责：
1、全面了解公司经营状况，协助总裁制定战略计划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；
2、在总裁的领导下负责具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
3、在公司经营计划、销售策略、资本运作等方面向总裁提供相关解决方案；
4、协助总裁对公司各部门、各分公司的日常行政及管理事务处理；
5、配合总裁处理外部公共关系（政府、重要客户等）；
6、起草公司各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件，撰写和跟进落实公司总裁会议、部门会议等公司会议纪要；
7、协助总裁进行公司企业文化、企业战略发展的规划，配合管理办开展企业文化工作；
8、组织制定人力资源发展的各种规划，并监督执行计划的实施；
9、完成其他临时交办的工作。
岗位要求：
1、人力资源管理、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业本科以上学历，男女不限；
2、5年以上企业行政管理、人力资源管理工作经验，2年以上相关职位工作经验；
3、具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力和执行力，书面及口头表达能力优秀；
5、有较强的沟通、领导能力及出色的人际交往和社会活动能力；
6、处事果断、能承受工作压力，为人诚实可靠、品行端正、具有亲和力，团队协作能力佳。
