岗位职责：1、公司管理职位，制定销售部年度工作计划，完成公司年度销售目标以及其他任务；
2、根据公司年度销售目标，制定销售战略、销售分解计划、销售预算等等；
3、建立和管理销售队伍，不断规范销售流程，致力于销售人员的业务能力培养；同时协助制定销售部员工的绩效目标、考核方案等；
4、组织公司产品市场推广工作的开展，关注于公司品牌建设；
任职资格：1、全日制专科及其以上学历
2、三年以上相关销售经验，其中在相关行业任职销售管理二年以上，有机械、自动化等相关行业经历优先；
3、优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调推进各部门的工作；
4、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力；
5、 具有强烈的进取心，诚实勤奋，身体健康，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神；
