职位名称：应用工程师

职位描述：
1） 作为公司的技术窗口，从客户处了解沟通客户的技术要求、产品关键特性以及时间节点要求，传递给公司内部的相应部门；
2） 作为公司的技术窗口，协调客户和内部资源，协调系统特性试验
3） 作为公司的技术窗口，向客户展示公司最新技术的产品和进步，并在客户端寻找新项目的机会。
4） 进行轮系的静态计算，与客户沟通其布置可行性，并向客户推荐技术方案，为产品设计提供输入要求
5） 制定系统FEMA和DVP
6） 作为项目经理，管理定点项目的时间节点，按照公司APQP流程进行项目管理；
7） 作为项目经理，参加全球项目会议，协调岱高全球资源；
8） 定期访问客户；通过邮件、电话交流、交际等方法增强客户对公司的信任


职位要求：
1） 教育程度： 大学本科毕业及以上
2） 专业： 机械专业，内燃机专业或者汽车专业
3） 外语： 英语，熟练，兼会其他语种者优先
4） 工作经验： 在汽车或汽车零部件企业工作3年经验
5） 其他： 擅长项目管理者优先， 擅长沟通交流者优先
