主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. Assist to make strategic marketing plan and market orientation on company operation, business direction and new market oriention.

2. Obtaining enquiries (RFQ) and processing together with industrial team.

3. Cost estimation together with industrial team.

4. Take responsibility of client management including visit, technology communication, program making and contract negotiation; in charge of business document draft, modification, renewal and delivery.

5. Take responsibility of achieving sales KPI, improve sales growth and ensure company product sales profit.

6. Take responsibility of achieving scheduled and total operation objective of the company. In charge of the budget (PC1&PC2) and 3-year Plan.

7. Take responsible of keeping tight touch with clients, ensure supply and receivable timely.

8. Report market and client condition to decision maker on schedule and forecast risk to avoid resource waste in time.

9. Presentation of the company at the customers assigned

任职资格Qualifications：

1. University degree or above in Engineering.

2. Over 5 years experiences in automobile industry and over 3 years experiences in relevant positions.

3. Excellent sales skill and good customer relationship management

4. Character integrity without occupation taboo issues such as corruption，bribery and the leakage of trade secrets

5. Good computer skills and fluent oral and written with English

6. Familiar with TS16949 standards and other qualilty system

7. Convenient on business trip

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
