主要职责：

1.负责接收关于产品质量的客户投诉，并负责跟踪；
2.负责客户投诉的书面回复
3.在必要时，负责投诉产品缺陷根源的调查及分析；
4.负责向品管、生产及研发部门提供客户投诉数据，监控投诉趋势；
5.负责投诉数据的收集与汇总；
6.与市场部及医院保持良好的联系，及时进行沟通，反馈质量信息；
7.负责投诉系统CRS 的维护
8.负责客户的满意度调查和客户走访
9.参加或领导相关的项目
10.参加内部质量审核
