Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree in mechanics, electronics or industrial engineering;
2.At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical and/or food industry;
3.2-3 years experience in design and assembly;
4.Be familiar with GMP and validation;
5.Experience with automated machine is a MUST, Automation equipment design experience would be preferred;
6.Good project management, teamwork and communication skill;
7.Fluent with spoken and written English;

Key Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for automation lines implementation in Suzhou plant, generate and execute operation strategy to ensure all automation lines achieve Safety, Quality, Time, Cost and Team Development objectives;
2.In charge of all process (engineering) development , prototype development, equipment buy-off at supplier site and process validation in Suzhou plant;
3.Provide technical support in process specification change ,if any;
4.Work with equipment suppliers to facilitate smooth technology transfer, lead continuous Improvement projects to improve machine efficiency and product quality;
5.Provide and/or facilitate technical training on automation process control and process engineering.
