Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree on mechanics, electronics, or industrial engineering.
2.At least 5 years experience in manufacturing.
3.Knowledge of related manufacturing technology.
4.Knowledge on six sigma, validation and lean manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for molding and tool room function in Suzhou 1 and manager molding production engineer and tool room maintenance engineer and their team
2.Be capability to guide the production engineer and maintenance engineer to fix the molding problem
3.Be familiar the production process and complete the molding production task per month with the team
4.Be responsible for project management including molding capacity expansion, refurbish mold, molding trouble shooting and maintenance.
5.Leading project including FAT, molding validation.
6.Familiar lean manufacturing and GB six sigma certificate.
7.Work on six sigma projects and lean blitzes to support plant wide continuous improvement.
