- Job responsibilities:

SAP project costs budget and tracking;Other company system tracking for project management porpuse;Track for all signature process (contracts, agreements, payments , applications, price change information etc.)

Attend plant regular meeting(Such as 5S) ,Apply office stationary

参加工厂常规会议（如5S会议），申请办公用品

Responsible for ISO14000 issues, distribution and acception of quality system documentation

负责ISO14000 相关问题，分发和接收质量体系文件

Fill and track project cost report

填写并跟踪项目成本报告

Prepare material for meetings and arrange the car for business affair and travels

准备会议材料，安排公事和出差用车

Customer visiting arrangement (meeting room ,meeting materials ,car ,dinner ,treatment ect)

客户来访安排（会议室，会议材料，车，用餐，接待等）

Project sample parts purchasing applications ,Send mail(parts sample,magazines etc)

项目样件采购申请，发快递（关于样件，杂志等）

Apply for reimbursement for project and sales members

申请销售和项目成员的报销

-conduct interpretation and translation as per requirement from project

按照项目要求，做口译或笔译

support for customer archives setting up(company profile, contract, agreement ( price, savings, customer visit meeting minutes)

协助公司建立客户文档（关于公司概况，合同，价格，协议（关于成本节约，客户来访会议记录）

Support the investigation ,questionnaire ,authentication and assessment from current customers and potential customers，third party audit as well.

协助公司进行现有及潜在客户相关业务的调查、问卷、认证、评级工作；以及公司的第三方审核

Invoice application for the tooling, part samples before SOP under the instructions

模具发票申请，SOP前的样件发票申请。

finish the temporary tasks which were assigned by leaders.

- Job requirements:

Minimal grade of education: Bachelor degree

最低学历要求：学士学位

Major: Assistant daily office work of Project department

主要职责及要求：辅助项目部的日常办公工作

Basic knowledge of commercial activities

基本的商务知识

experience at least 1 year as office assistant (in automotive field is preferred)

very good English written and oral

Microsoft office and SAP use
